Regular follow up visits may last up to 30 min in length with the nurse practitioner held after initial consultation and lab review with recommendations are completed. At this point, labs have been reviewed and a personal wellness plan has been implemented. We will review progress to the plan & you will receive additional health education. (Any additional time spent over 30 min spent at a follow up appt will incur additional charges at a rate of $50 per 15 min increments)
